Shipping Information
Our kaftans, kimonos and accessories are ethically crafted in Nigeria and will ship from Nigeria via DHL. The shipping fee quoted at checkout is an estimate only and your final shipping fee will be confirmed by customer service.
Shipping from Lagos to other parts of Nigeria will also be sent via DHL. Courier services within Nigeria will be via GIG, Fez or Uber.
Returns & Exchange

Custom Orders
Since all our pieces are custom-made to order, we’re unable to offer refunds. We kindly ask you to double-check your email order confirmation to make sure all the details, like measurements and specifications, are just right. Unfortunately, we can’t take responsibility for issues related to sizing, length, or fit if the order details were inaccurate. -
If Something’s Not Quite Right
If there’s a fault with your caftan or it’s not what you expected, don’t worry—just reach out to us within 3 calendar days of receiving your order. We’ll do our best to help and, if eligible, offer an exchange or a gift voucher. -
Returns and Shipping
If we approve a return following your query, please note that you’ll be responsible for shipping costs to send the item back to us. -
