Production & Inventory
Thank you for shopping with us. We have a zero inventory policy which means that all orders are "made to order." The production time given in your email order confirmation is an estimate only though we strive to meet the ship date given to you. However, as a slow fashion brand that does not mass produce, each piece we make is made by humans and not machines and our brand prides itself in the fact that our artisans work under fair and humane conditions and are not over worked to meet fast deadlines.
Please expect 3-4 weeks for your kaftan to be ready for delivery. We do, on occasion have some sample pieces in inventory and if these are readily available, your ship date will be moved up.
During peak season like Christmas, Eid, Summer we produce a large batch of kaftans to meet demand.
Email Confirmation: It is important that you check your email confirmation for accuracy of your order as once production is complete we will not be able to issue a refund or an exchange.

Bulk Orders
If you would like to order 10 or more pieces from our collection for a bridal party or girl's get away weekend or school reunion please get in touch with us and we will be happy to assist.
